Day-wise Itinerary
Arrive at Indore and begin your journey towards Ujjain, located approximately 55 km away. After reaching Ujjain, complete the hotel check-in formalities and take some time to settle in before beginning the day's sightseeing. The first major experience of the journey is the evening Sandhya Aarti at Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, followed by a visit to the historic Ram Ghat on the Shipra River. The day introduces you to Ujjain's spiritual heritage while keeping the pace comfortable and unhurried.

Ujjain Arrival & Mahakaleshwar Temple
Arrive in Indore and proceed by road to Ujjain. After hotel check-in and some time to relax, visit Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga to experience the evening Sandhya Aarti and explore the Mahalok Corridor.
Ram Ghat & Evening Experience
Later, proceed to Ram Ghat, one of Ujjain's most important riverside landmarks. Spend the evening by the Shipra River as the ghats come alive with lamps and devotional rituals.
Optional Bhasma Aarti
Guests interested in attending the early-morning Bhasma Aarti at Mahakaleshwar can make the required booking in advance. The ceremony is scheduled at approximately 4:00 AM.
Return to the hotel after the evening sightseeing and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in Ujjain. Dinner will be served as per the meal plan, allowing you to rest before a full day of temple and heritage exploration.

As evening arrives, experience one of Indore's most popular attractions, Sarafa Bazaar, where the city's jewellery market gives way to a lively food street after dark.

Kaanch Mandir

Return to the hotel after exploring Indore's evening food scene and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay. The next day takes you on a scenic excursion to the historic riverside town of Maheshwar.
After breakfast, set out on a full-day excursion to Maheshwar, approximately 2.5 hours from Indore. Known for its historic fort, riverside ghats, temples, and traditional Maheshwari handloom weaving, Maheshwar offers a different experience from the temple cities visited earlier in the journey. Explore Ahilya Fort and the Narmada ghats before visiting Rehwa Society to learn more about the region's traditional saree weaving. Return to Indore in the evening for an overnight stay.

Begin the day with a road journey from Indore to Maheshwar. The drive takes approximately 2.5 hours and takes you towards one of the historic riverside towns of the Malwa region.
Ahilya Fort & Temple Complex
Explore Ahilya Fort and its adjoining temple complex, closely associated with the heritage of Maheshwar. The fort overlooks the Narmada and forms the centrepiece of the town's historic landscape.
Narmada Ghats
Walk along the Narmada ghats located below the fort walls. The riverside setting offers an opportunity to experience Maheshwar's historic and spiritual character at a relaxed pace.
Rehwa Society & Maheshwari Weaving
Visit Rehwa Society to see traditional Maheshwari sarees and learn about the region's handloom heritage. The weaving tradition continues to use traditional pit looms and patterns associated with the area's history.
