• Booking requests should include the package category, guest names, number of passengers, travel dates, and arrival details.
• Bookings are subject to availability of hotels, transportation, safari services, and other activities.
• Bookings should be reconfirmed at least 7 days prior to arrival along with confirmed arrival details.
• Failure to reconfirm within the specified period may be treated as cancellation and applicable advance payment may be retained as processing charges.
• **Payment Terms:**
• Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of an advance deposit of 50% of the total tour cost.
• The balance payment is required in advance at the time of reconfirmation, approximately 20 days prior to arrival.
• Payments are subject to realization.
• **Amendments:**
• Amendments are subject to availability of the relevant hotels and services.
• Changes requested after the applicable reconfirmation period may be treated as cancellation and may attract applicable cancellation charges.
• Travel dates may be rescheduled up to 90 days from the original arrival date, subject to availability and prevailing rates.
• Any increase resulting from changes in hotel tariffs, fuel costs, taxes, transportation costs, or other applicable charges will be payable by the guest.
• Reduction in the number of passengers may result in revised pricing, and the advance paid for passengers who do not travel may not be adjustable or refundable.
