• All bookings are subject to availability of hotels and transportation services.
• Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of the applicable advance payment.
• Guests should provide complete passenger details, travel dates, arrival/departure details, and other information required for booking confirmation.
• Bookings should be reconfirmed at least 7 days prior to arrival along with confirmed arrival details.
• Failure to reconfirm within the required period may result in cancellation, with applicable advance payment retained as processing charges.
• **Payment Terms**
• An advance deposit of 50% of the tour cost is required for confirmation.
• The balance payment must be settled in advance at the time of reconfirmation, approximately 20 days prior to arrival.
• Booking confirmation is subject to realization of the applicable payment.
• **Amendments:**
• Amendments are subject to availability of the requested hotels and services.
• Amendments requested before reconfirmation may be processed subject to availability.
• Changes requested after the applicable reconfirmation period may be treated as cancellation and may attract applicable cancellation charges.
• Travel dates may be rescheduled up to 90 days from the original arrival date, subject to availability and prevailing rates.
• Any increase in hotel, transportation, fuel, tax, or other applicable costs resulting from a date change will be payable by the guest.
• Reduction in the number of passengers may result in revised per-person pricing.
